IF I’M GETTING HIGHTLIGHTS/ BLEACH SERVICE, HOW SHOULD MY HAIR BE PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT?

Your hair should be dry and clean for your service. This allows for color lifting to be even. Also, if you are using a blue or purple shampoo or conditioner, we recommend not using it 5 days prior to service. Using color toning shampoos and conditioners cause buildup and color deposit. The color potentially can interfere with the lifting and lightening process.
