CANCELATION POLICY
\\ We understand and respect that sometimes extraordinary circumstances are unavoidable and you may need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. This allows a stylist to fill your reservation time. If 24 hours notice is not given, you will be charged 50% of the service fee. Missed appointments without notice or “no shows” are subject to a charge in the full amount of the service.
LATE APPOINTMENTS
\\ late arrivals if we believe we are unable to provide you the best service in the limited time we will ask to book a new appointment and the missed appointment policy will be applicable.
CHILDREN IN IVEY
\\ Children are welcome if they are receiving a service. We ask you sign a waiver for any minors under 14 who visit the salon. We want all of our guests to enjoy services to the fullest, therefore, our policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the salon.
